Refund Policy

Requests to be withdrawn from a tournament must be sent to the Tarheel Golf Foundation via e-mail and received prior to the beginning of the event. Please do not try to contact the Tournament Director to withdrawal from an event.

A full refund, less processing fees, will be given if the TGF receives verified notice of withdrawal at least 30 days prior to tournament date. A $50 administrative fee will be charged if notice is given 20-29 days prior to event. No refunds will be given if notice is received less than 20 days prior to an event without a valid written doctor’s excuse. If you signed up for a tournament online, please call the office with the credit card information for a refund. All refunds will be issued after the event has been held. You may also choose to use your refund towards the entry fee for another tournament. There are no refunds for weather- related shortened tournaments.
